Race Details

The races start with a 400m pool swim in Tewkesbury Leisure Centre's excellent 25m pool followed by a flat 5k multi-terrain run. You can enter any of the races here, or the whole series.

 

The whole series is open to all abilities and we're offering a discount if you enter all three.  

 

Venue

The Aquathlon Series will be held at a Tewkesbury Leisure Centre which is approximately two miles from M5 Junction 9.  Car Parking is  free at the venue.

 

Race Day

Registration  will take place between 08:00 and 09:00 at Tewkesbury Leisure Centre on the morning of the race. 

 

BTF Race Passes

For non-BTF members you MUST purchase a separate BTF Race Pass for each separate race you enter. Unlike previous years, these must now be purchased from BTF themselves via the link in the Booking Confirmation message you receive after checkout.

Your BTF membership or Race Pass serves as your Public Liability Insurance to compete. There is a strict 'No membership or pass; No Race' and this will be overseen by the BTF officials present at each event.

 

Transition

Trainers and any clothing you wish to use for the run should be placed within the fully marshalled transition area.

Swim

Please be honest when you tell us your expected swim time; use your last 400m time, or your average 100m time as a guide.

Run

The run is 1 lap. It's out and back across multi terrain including trails so remember to bring trail shoes if it's wet.
