Club Champs 2008

We have over 20 members registered for Newent as of June 4th!! well done everyone

 

Its Party Time, we are planning the post newent party to be held at Croft Farm. Can members start confirming by email. Anyone welcome, families, friends.

The 2008 Tewkesbury Triathlon Club Champs will be held on the 21st Sept 2008 at the Newent Sprint Triathlon

The first draft of the handicap system is now online here

Times have been taking from previous races or estimated(splits in blue) if no results/splits exist for you!

If any of the times are messed up please let me know via info@tewkesburytriathlon.co.uk and I will investigate.

You will notice I have roughly estimated the overall times on this first draft spreadsheet and will update these ASAP (this was 9th July!)

The time you have been given for your swim/bike/run split will be compared to your actual race split on the day.

If you beat your estimated split you get - points, if you dont beat it, you get + points.

Points for all 3 splits will be tallied giving you your total, See example a in the spreadsheet.

They were slower on there swim by 9secs, slower on bike by 47secs, and quicker on run by 15secs given them 41points (points are really seconds!).

Remeber this is for fun and should be great chance to beat your personal bests and beat some of your club rivals on a level playing field!, hopefully we will have an end of year BBQ!!??
