Our Weekly Training Sessions

We run an extensive swim training calendar with regular bike sessions in the summer. Our winter programme changes to become more virtual and focusses on additional S&C work.

The schedule below is our current summer schedule (from July 2021).

Swim Sessions:

  • Monday:     20:00 - 21:00

  • Tuesday:    06:30 - 07:45

  • Thursday:   06:30 - 07:45 and 20:00 - 21:00

  • Saturday:    07:15 - 08:45

Bike:

  • Wednesday: 6.30 - 8.30
