TTC offers a varied training programme to its members. These sessions change depending on the time of year (open water swimming in the summer only!) and include:

5 Coached Morning & Evening Swims every week

  • Monday Swim 20:00-21:00 - Tewkesbury School

  • Tuesday Swim 06:00-07:30 - Tewkesbury Leisure Centre

  • Thursday Swim 06:00-07:30 - Tewkesbury Leisure Centre, 19:00-20:30 - Tewkesbury School

  • Saturday Swim 07:30-09:00 - Tewkesbury Leisure Centre


Open Water swimming at Croft farm - Tuesday Evenings in the Spring/Summer

Brick Sessions - Tuesday Evenings at Croft

Turbo Sessions - Tuesday Evenings

Interval Running Sessions - Wednesday Evenings from Morrisons outside the cafe

Social Bike Rides - Various times

Group Bike Rides at Various Speeds - After swimming on Saturday Mornings

Running Track Sessions - Friday evenings @ Prince of Wales stadium
