Although organised sessions are suspended until early December here's some information on what we get up to when things are a bit more "normal".

We offer a varied training programme to our members. These sessions change depending on the time of year (open water swimming in the summer only!) and include:

Five coached swims every week:

  • Mondays: 20:00-21:00 - Tewkesbury School

  • Tuesdays: 06:00-07:30 - Tewkesbury Leisure Centre

  • Thursdays: 06:00-07:30 - Tewkesbury Leisure Centre

    •           19:00-20:30 - Tewkesbury School

  • Saturdays: 07:15-08:45 - Tewkesbury Leisure Centre


Open Water swimming at Croft Farm - Tuesday evenings in the Spring/Summer

Brick Sessions - Tuesday evenings at Croft Farm

Turbo Sessions - Tuesday evenings

Interval Running Sessions - Wednesday evenings from Morrisons outside the cafe

Social Bike Rides - Various times

Group Bike Rides at various speeds - After swimming on Saturday mornings

Running Track Sessions - Friday evenings at Prince of Wales stadium
